LOCAL DELIVERIES - Sheffield & Surrounding areas.

Local deliveries that are palletised and delivered by ourselves will only be dropped at either kerbside or a reasonable distance (15 foot) onto a property driveway. It is always advisable that someone is there to receive any deliveries to avoid materials being inconveniently placed.

Due to insurance purposes, we cannot take materials around the back of properties, through properties or onto scaffolding and requests to do so will be politely refused. Smaller non-palletised products will be left in a safe place within a reasonable distance to the entrance of a property. If deliveries are refused on this basis by yourself or your client, goods will be returned to store, re-stocked with a 25% restocking charge and a delivery charge. Further attempts to deliver goods will be charged a delivery fee.

Once products have been removed from the delivery vehicle, those products then become the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders placed with a value of less than £200.00 with be liable for a delivery charge.

ONLINE DELIVERIES - UK Mainland only

We can only process deliveries to the UK Mainland, orders received from outside this area, including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Scottish Islands, will be refunded as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed.

We aim to despatch your order for next day delivery if your order is received by 12 noon.

Orders received after 12 noon will be processed on the following day and placed on that days dispatch.

In the event that an item has been ordered that is out of stock or becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone you with an estimated delivery date and/or the option to cancel that part of your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives.

Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will of course contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.

We aim to have deliveries with you by the following day (if your order is placed before 12 noon). Orders placed on a Friday before 12 noon may be with you for the following Monday, possibly Tuesday. Orders placed on a weekend, regardless of time, will be processed on the next working day and may be will you the following working day, orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day and may be will you the following working day. We cannot be held liable, for any reason, for late deliveries as this service is in the hands of a 3rd party delivery/carrier company who we bear no control over. If deliveries are late please contact us and we shall follow up your requests with said 3rd party courier/carrier. We ask you do not make arrangements to install products until after they have been delivered to you.

Bagged renders, silicone render and primers may be sent via tail lift courier, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address as these products will be left kerbside for insurance purposes.

Damage in transit – We check all items for damage before we send goods out. Goods will be sufficiently wrapped and lightly protected during the transit period. Light damage to packaging and boxes should be considered normal. Goods should be checked immediately upon your receiving to make sure they are as described and fit for use. In the unlikely event of damaged goods in transit we ask you photograph the damage and contact us immediately to arrange a resolution. More on this subject can be found on our refunds page –

Bagged renders, silicone renders & primers are perishable goods, please check carefully the amount you will need as returns are not accepted on these products.

It is yourselves who is responsible for collection of materials from the courier/carrier. Signatures are not required and items may be left in a safe place at the delivery address you have given. If failed attempts are made to deliver goods to you which ultimately end up with goods being returned to us, we will require additional postage fees to arrange redelivery.

Delivery Charges:

Palletised goods – Bagged render and silicone renders/primers

Pallet quantity – 40 - 25kg bags / 33 - 25kg tubs (these cannot be mixed so 20 bags and 20 tubs will come on separate pallets and be charged accordingly) A mix of differing bags ie : GPR and AR1 GG can be mixed as long as the total does not exceed 40, the same goes for the silicone, a mix of colours can be sent as long as the pallet quantity does not exceed 33.

Bagged Render - 40 bags per pallet

£50 + vat per pallet (Next day)

Silicone Tubs - 33 Tubs per pallet

£65.00 + vat per pallet (Next day)

JABLITE Products -

These carry a charge of £85.00 + vat delivery fee per 8 packs (1 pallet) and will take 5 - 7 days to deliver. Artic loads can be arranged, call us for latest rates - 0114 437 2003

Bulky items (beads/lengths and pro-roll only)

ALL orders containing bulky items – £24.00 + vat

Non bulky items (all but beads/lengths, pro-roll & palletised goods)

Orders Over £100.00 inc VAT – Free Delivery

Order Under £100.00 inc VAT – £10 exc VAT

Palletised goods are sent completely separately to “bulky items” therefore are charged separately.

Orders made up of both bulky and non-bulky items will be sent by freight on one consignment. Orders made up of just non-bulky items will be sent by Express.

Orders made up of both bulky and non-bulky items that do not exceed £100.00 will be liable for the higher £24.00 exc VAT carriage charge.

Refund Policy -

We do not accept returns or refunds on any of our perishable products or goods, unless it can be proved there is a manufacturers defect.

We do not accept returns of bagged render, silicone render or silicone primers as these are perishable

We do not accept refunds on opened products such as tubed adhesives, for example grip all, or opened liquid or semi liquid products such as Mortar cleaner, Power Spray or the Swipex wipes unless it can be proved there is a manufacturers defect.

Beading that has been cut, trimmed or installed and then removed cannot be returned.

Pro Roll floor protection that has been unwrapped, cut trimmed or used cannot be returned.

We do not accept refunds on opened products, products that have been used or partially used.

Tools that have been used cannot be returned. Damaged tools can be returned, unused and in the original packaging.

Damaged goods in transit – If goods arrive to you in a damaged state, we ask that you take a picture immediately and inform us as soon as possible, either via email or phone. We will ask you to return the goods in a reasonable timeframe in as much original packaging as possible. Once returned we will issue a full refund for the goods, the initial postage and additional postage upon returning.

We may accept the return and refund of other products as long as they are in the same condition and original packaging as supplied unless it can be proved there is a manufacturer defect.

Electrical Tools that are to be returned will be accepted under the Consumers Act 2015 –

Electrical tools should be tested before using on projects and returned in original packaging, preferably unused. We will discuss your options once we have received the product back.

You have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund up to 14 days after your purchase, goods must be returned in original packaging, unopened if possible and unused. Products that have been ‘on site’ and show clear signs of being ‘on site’ will be classed as used.

A re-stocking fee of 25% may apply to some of our products.
