Mapei Topcem 20kg � Rapid-Drying Screed Binder

Mapei Topcem is a special hydraulic binder used to produce fast-drying, high-strength cementitious screeds. When mixed with suitable graded aggregates and water, it allows floor screeds to receive a range of floor finishes much sooner than conventional cement screeds.

Suitable for bonded, unbonded and floating screeds, including screeds incorporating underfloor heating, Topcem is designed for projects where reduced drying times and faster installation of floor coverings are important.
