Remmers Betofix R4 Fibre Reinforced Structural Concrete Repair Mortar (25kg)

Remmers Betofix R4 is a high-performance, fibre-reinforced PCC (Polymer Cement Concrete) repair mortar designed for the structural repair and reinstatement of damaged concrete. Developed for professional contractors, it provides exceptional strength, durability and long-term protection for reinforced concrete structures in both internal and external environments.

Suitable for repairing spalled concrete, damaged edges, columns, beams, balconies and other load-bearing concrete elements, Betofix R4 complies with EN 1504-3 requirements for structural concrete repair. Its fibre-reinforced formulation delivers excellent adhesion, low shrinkage and outstanding resistance to chloride ingress, carbonation and freeze/thaw cycles, helping to extend the service life of repaired concrete.

The mortar is easy to mix and apply by trowel, with a working time of approximately 60 minutes at +20C. It can be applied in layers from 5mm to 25mm in a single application, making it suitable for a wide range of repair projects.
