<b>Remmers Betofix R4 – Fibre Reinforced Structural Concrete Repair Mortar (25kg)</b><br> <br> Remmers Betofix R4 is a high-performance, fibre-reinforced PCC (Polymer Cement Concrete) repair mortar designed for the structural repair and reinstatement of damaged concrete. Developed for professional contractors, it provides exceptional strength, durability and long-term protection for reinforced concrete structures in both internal and external environments.<br> <br> Suitable for repairing spalled concrete, damaged edges, columns, beams, balconies and other load-bearing concrete elements, Betofix R4 complies with EN 1504-3 requirements for structural concrete repair. Its fibre-reinforced formulation delivers excellent adhesion, low shrinkage and outstanding resistance to chloride ingress, carbonation and freeze/thaw cycles, helping to extend the service life of repaired concrete.<br> <br> The mortar is easy to mix and apply by trowel, with a working time of approximately 60 minutes at +20°C. Pre-wet the substrate so it is damp but with no standing water before application. Mix mechanically with clean water until a smooth, workable consistency is achieved.<br> <br> <b>Storage</b><br> Store unopened in a dry environment. Shelf life is up to 12 months when stored correctly in its original packaging.
